Oaklands is a sister project to Tatu City that sits on 1,400 acres of undulating, green former coffee estates, already converted to mixed-use development for residential, commercial and light industrial use.

The land has appreciated by 22% in 2020 and is expected to maintain the same value trajectory in 2021 due to market demand and site development by current buyers. We have released phase 1 of 1/4-acre plots designated for residential high-density development at a starting price of KES 6.85M.
